Get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, good location, generally clean although very dusty in the stairwells. Good size for the price and area. Landlord is responsive for maintenance like plumbing and broken fixtures.
Cons:
Ongoing pest/rodent problem that landlord is dragging his feet about, occasional roach problems, spiders in the fall/summer. Walls can be thin between neighboring apartments.

Pros:
Cheap rent compared to other options.
All utilities included
Cons:
Loud area and heard neighbors between walls and ceiling.
Rats all around the garbage area.
Wood floors were hazardous with gaping holes between the boards and nails sticking out.
Own only take cash and only accessible via phone call.
No doorbells. I lived next to the front door and was constantly getting harassed by people to open the door.
Advice to owner:
Remodel the apartment building entirely
