size, location, appliances are all good. high ceilings
Cons:
in my bedroom, the area around my windows and the ceiling is consistently wet, sometimes to where the ceiling drips on the bed/furniture. this is a problem in itself (which management did not fix when notified), but leads to the hazardous problem of mold. the high ceilings make it impossible to clean, and mold seems to be a consistent problem in the building
Advice to owner:
get new windows

A Fun Loft
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Huge Space, looks great on instagram - In unit W/D that works well - Convenient subway access - Free bike storage - Massive roof
Cons:
- Very expensive utilities for our 3BR. ~300 / month - No noise insulation when dividing a larger loft with fake walls - Temperature not consistent - very cold and hot with the seasons - Many pest issues throughout the building (did not affect us) - Lots of package theft when we lived there
Advice to owner:
- Needs a new package system - Pest control needs work
