    Three years in East Williamsburg and not leaving

    Pros:
    Pretty, clean, spacious one bedrooms, small building with only eight units in total.
    Cons:
    Management can be a little slow/unresponsive with non-urgent things -- i.e. replacing laundry machine, and there is only space enough for one. However, super is fantastic.
