    It is new
    Cons:
    LANDLORD REFUSES TO RETURN SECURITY DEPOSIT AND DID NOT RETURN OUR CALLS OR EMAILS
    Building construction is extremely shoddy.
    All the appliances run on electricity so bills were off the roof
    No mailbox - all mails were left on the floor
    No trash area - trash left in the hallway and stink!!!
