    Wanted to move out the week I moved in

    Pros:
    New building w/ elevator. Washer and dryer in unit. Garage parking available. Easy to communicate with building manager.
    Cons:
    The walls and floor must be made of paper. You can hear downstairs neighbors talking or playing music. Upstairs neighbors sound like they are wearing clogs at all hours. God forbid they work out, our sprinkler caps would fall off the ceiling. The “refuse room” was just throwing your garbage on the floor in the corner of the garage. You know when it’s almost trash day because the lobby is at its peak smell. Packages would get stolen from the lobby. Neighborhood is borderline sketchy. You always see the same crackhead lady walking around cursing to herself. Building is across the street from a laundromat that’s always busy everyday all day. The price you pay is not worth the headache.
    Advice to owner:
    Need a better solution to the trash situation. It’s attracting every rat in jersey city. Build a better building.
