    Pros:
    Maintenance is quick, landlord is also responsive, building manager Keeps outside clean
    Cons:
    Men outside next door alleyway are creepy and stare at you up and down. Also a man on the corner who plays his stereo almost every day so loud you can hear it in every part of the apt. I lived in the front facing unit. G
