- Laundry in Building - Good natural light - High ceilings - Close to train - Never difficulty with pests/vermin
Cons:
- Difficulty with Central/AC & especially Heat - Flooding of laundry unit when it rained - Leaking of Ceiling in multiple places - Grout in the bathroom not properly maintained
Advice to owner:
Please fix the ceiling properly. There are multiple water stains from the damage.

Nice building, not great management

Pros:
It is a well-maintained building, overall pretty clean, and all of the apartments have been nicely renovated
Cons:
Management changed 3 times over the course of 2 years living here, found management to be slow and unresponsive with issues in the apartment, laundry room is gross, mailbox locks were changed twice in 2 months and we were not notified either time and had to reach out and ask why our mail keys were not working each time
