    Is good for someone who is willing to live there

    Pros:
    Is a month to month rent 1,200+
    You pay 50 air conditioning
    Everything else is included
    Cons:
    There’s bedbugs , roaches, no service provided. You’ll a fridge how it is , but if it’s not in good condition it’s on you, anything broken you wait for years
    Advice to owner:
    Provide the services to the tenants
    Otherwise people will keep leaving
