I can't stand the train, against my window. I-I-I can't stand....

Pros:
Makeshift courtyard behind the building. Management is relatively responsive.
Cons:
Heating and cooling cost are astronomical, expect a $500 bill in the winter.
Advice to owner:
No comment, they're decent.

Cons:
they do not care about us at all. we have mold and a broken door and the vents are filled with dust it’s hard to breathe sometimes
Advice to owner:
please just help us out and do the things a landlord should
