    Pros:
    Convenient location, nice layout of apartment, affordable
    Cons:
    So many bugs in the building that eventually make their way into the apartment, have seen roaches crawling in the staircases. Owners not super responsive. Water really cold in winter.

    Virtual doorman is very helpful and whenever there was an issue with the apartment someone was sent promptly.
    Cons:
    Wish the apartment was more spacious
    Advice to owner:
    Clean the basement
