They do a great job of keeping the garbage area outside clean.
Cons:
There is a huge roach infestation in this building. Specifically German cockroaches. They are infested in the walls and appliances. This is a much larger problem than the management would like to admit, because their solution is to blast your apartment with Raid, or some other nasty chemical equivalent. It is literally so bad. We have also had several leaks in the back room from the unit above, which they solved by spraying foam into the ceiling. We also had a swarm of carpenter ants infest the apartment, which we had to solve on our own.
Advice to owner:
Take some time to do some proper work on this place. There are several 'bandaids' throughout the apartment that cover up real foundational issues. I genuinely think this place is rotting from the inside out. The evidence is in the species of bugs we find around the place.
