    The location, the other tenants.
    Cons:
    Garbage outside, responsiveness from management on weekends

    The street has a ton of stores, bars, restaurants etc
    Cons:
    -Management team doesn’t work past 5, so if you have issues and a full time job - good luck.
    -lots of vermin
    - the building is on a slant
    - the front door is usually broken so anyone can come in or out.
    Advice to owner:
    Get this place professionally fixed cause it’s gross.
