A building with quirks and perks

Pros:
Regular Exterminator Service: One of the positive aspects of living in this building is the regular monthly exterminator service. Although we did experience a minor incident with rats entering the apartment through the heaters.
Abundance of Natural Light: The apartments are filled with an abundance of natural light.
Landlord: the landlord is generally responsive and takes care of necessary repairs and maintenance. While it may take some time (and sometimes a lot of time) for them to reply, they do eventually address the issues.
Location: it's worth mentioning that the building benefits from a vibrant neighborhood. There are numerous great restaurants, bars and cafes in close proximity.
Cons:
Gas Heaters and AC: One aspect that could be improved in my building is the performance of the gas heaters. Unfortunately, they are not as efficient as desired, resulting in less effective heating during colder months. I had to purchase electrical heaters as an alternative. And there's no AC in the apartments.
Aging Appliances: Another drawback is that the kitchen appliances provided are outdated. While they may still function adequately, their age can sometimes lead to occasional malfunctions or reduced efficiency.
Advice to owner:
Update kitchen appliances, heater system, add central AC.

Location Yard Super is nice
Cons:
Rat Infestation Mouse Infestation Management is awful, they bought the place and raised my rent $1,400 Ignored many calls and emails to the office Front room can get pretty noisy even at night Females, there's one very odd neighbor Upstairs neighbors are loud as heck and there's no sound blockers in the building People literally stomp down the steps in the building Buzzers work half time Someone stole the mail key and they refused to replace it so you only get your mail sometimes
