    Poorly put together, cash grab

    Pros:
    The neighbors were all really nice friendly building
    Cons:
    Almost impossible to get a response without contacting higher-ups and property management incredibly poorly built door literally couldn't open fully floors warped tinry bathroom I believe illegally destabilized
    Advice to owner:
    Redo the apartment

    Constant smell of weed, noisy street and neighbors

    Close to the action in Bushwick
    Cons:
    -Roaches
    -Dirty water from faucet
    -My apartment had the direct fumes of weed coming from the basement. Literally at the level of extreme hotboxing.
    -My apartment was super close to boiler and needed AC in winter
