    Great building tough to work with upper management

    Pros:
    Great building, super is always around and helpful. Central air. No bugs or rats.
    Cons:
    Landlords are very uncommunicative on substantive issues like rent reduction or how to exit lease during the pandemic.
    Advice to owner:
    Engage more and be clear about policies.
