Pros:
Great neighbors, community feel. Street is relatively quiet compared to other areas I Bushwick. Big backyard.
Cons:
Backyard was a nice when we moved in but was a mess when we left. They never clean up the backyard area when old tenants move out. Things like cigarette butts just accumulate. Many issues that are not that uncommon in BK - mice, hot water issues, flooding, etc. What makes it difficult is the complete lack of response from management. They are useless in helping with anything and aren’t incompetent, they just don’t seem to care at all.
Advice to owner:
Not sure how to give advice because I think they could be doing the right things, they just can’t be bothered. I guess the advice is to try to care about the people who live in your buildings.
