    OK starter apartment when needed
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Neighborhood was great when I lived there, the central air was excellent.
    Cons:
    Landlord was only responsive to issues when threatened, I suspect the apartment was not legal due to the lack of windows, and heating was spotty.
