    Worst place I’ve ever lived; evil management company

    Pros:
    The rent was cheap-ish
    Cons:
    Broken sewer pipes, rampant rodents, corrupt and evil management company that refuses to fix anything and then tries to pocket their tenants’ security deposits when they leave.
    Advice to owner:
    Sell your properties and find a new career
