    Solid building in a busy area

    Pros:
    Very clean, most neighbors have been here awhile and are very nice. Landlord is responsive and generally helpful. Super lives next door and is great.
    Cons:
    Noise levels can be difficult, as it is a busy area.

    5 min walk to L, many restaurants/bars/clubs around
    Exposed brick across entire apartment
    Super is very friendly and helpful
    Large windows

    Rent higher than average
    Neighborhood gentrifying
    Advice to owner:
    Can’t really complain, owner is super responsive and fixes issues faster than most landlords
