Pros:
Close to shops, subway St, park.
Cons:
The back of the building. Especially in the summertime, parties go on sometimes.

Great neighbors and neighborhood, pretty updated building with relatively few maintenance issues
Cons:
Management is AWFUL, they don’t fix anything unless they absolutely have to. Laundry in building is promised in our lease and it’s been broken for a month straight. Our building has had horrible security problems, packages stolen, people in the hallways, even a guy who poops on our roof and IN THE HALL. They’re not reliable and will screw you over at any possible chance. They will avoid “small” maintenance issues until they become catastrophes. For example, the basement unit had complained of small leaks and mold, which were never fixed and ultimately culminated in a major flood and water damage.
