Good for Bushwick

Pros

The work dome om the apartment looks very nice.

Cons

Leaks randomly, garbage everywhere around the neighborhood, hallway is never cleaned (except by me), fireworks all night in the summer, rats, rats ,rats.

Advice to the owners

Get a better super.

Pros

responsive super, good quality finished and appliances, great street to live on.

Cons

biggest con: don't have your packages delivered here! if no one answers the door they will be left on the stoop and stolen 100% of the time.

Advice to the owners

please install some cameras and a way to deliver packages
