Run, the owner will make you run anyways

Pros:
You live near a bunch of stores (food, clothes, hardware, etc.)
Cons:
The noise—you live right on top of a noisy club that doesn’t stop their music until 4 in the morning!
Cleanliness—this is Bushwick, so of course…you have garbage laying around, the participants from the next door club leaves vomit everywhere
Responsiveness—if you have an issue and reach out to the owner, she (Soo) will take her time to reply and simply say, “I am so sorry”. Nothing will be done about your complain.
While living here, Soo harassed me for months so she can get me and other room share tenants to leave in order for her to rent out the apartment at a new high price. She knew I wouldn’t agree to pay the new rent price based upon her actions and other elements.
Safetyness—they are a lot of sick people roaming the streets near this apartment. I had to watch over my back so many times. I had people walk up on me and threaten me.
