- Do NOT live on the 1st floor, constant construction happening and a new events company has (somehow legally) rented the basement as of February 2024 and will be hosting events/parties down there - Outdated appliances - Leaks/issues that they never fix - Management is pretty awful and takes responsibility for absolutely nothing -- for example, we haven't had heat for 17 days now due to their negligence
Advice to owner:
Fire all of your employees and figure your sh*t out, otherwise you're never going to be able to keep tenants here for longer than a year
