The building has a beautiful backyard space taken care of by the tenants and a functioning grill. The apartment itself was perfect, having enormous sun-soaked bedrooms facing the backyard so we didn’t hear much noice from the street.
Cons:
The washer would breakdown frequently but the Managment repair it when informed.
Advice to owner:
More closet or storage space and replacing the washer/dryer
