    Nice place with a great super and good management, but expensive

    Pros:
    Great super, always reachable. When things weren't working properly, management would prorate rent.
    Cons:
    Raised the rent an insane amount during lease renewal
    Advice to owner:
    Don't raise the rent

    Well maintained and nice finishes/appliances. Decent rooftop with grill.
    Cons:
    Management is VERY hard to get ahold of and can take months to provide solutions.

    Gym and rooftop bare bones and could be improved.
