    big rooms, 2 bathrooms
    Cons:
    heat doesn't work
    has mice
    landlord is a slumord
    rent way too high
    ceiling fell in on someones unit
    ceiling leaks
    toilet broken
    not cleaned before moving in
    never got a copy of our lease

    A nice apartment in a great area fir your early 20s

    Great location and a good price
    Cons:
    Dirty dark hallway in the building. Also a little loud because you are right on top of heavy woods
    Advice to owner:
    Fix up the hallway
