    Easy access to the trail
    Great heating and cooling
    Spacious apartment
    Cons:
    Terrible management that won't ever fix anything

    Change management company

    Would be nice if everything worked

    Each room has AC, nice rooftop, convenient location
    Cons:
    Management is not responsive—had issues with leaks in rooms/bathrooms, mold in washer, no hot water, etc. that took weeks to get resolved, garbage often will pile up between the gate and the door to the building
