    Rats falling out of the ceiling

    Pros:
    So big. 4 huge bedrooms by New York standards. 2 full bathrooms. Big windows. The owner was very kind. A large backyard. It was amazing…
    Cons:
    …if it weren’t for all of the rats. We had rats dying in our ceiling regularly. Once had a mouse in the house! An exterminator said Bushwick is relatively rat free and then there is our apartment.
