    Worst Management Ever
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - close to the trains (J/L/M/Z)
    - bars & restaurants
    Cons:
    - they never fixed anything including the cctv in the hallway.
    - took them WEEKS to repair the hoe in the hallway.
    - the trash is always in a disarray and never maintained.
    - they harass you & threaten you via email & phone calls
    - they will raise the rent. more than the legal amount.
    - they will give out your information without your consent.
    - will have realtors call you at all times of the day and night even attempt to enter your apartment when you're not there.
    Advice to owner:
    DO YOUR JOB.
