    Broken elevator. Owner doesn’t care

    Pros:
    Newer building, small gym, laundry in basement, bike storage and parking
    Cons:
    Elevator was constantly broken and people were always getting stuck in it. FDNY was called many times, management did nothing. We had a crazy ceiling leak that the management didn’t even respond to our maintenance request for weeks

    - Small gym in basement
    - Shared laundry in basement
    - Allows pets
    Cons:
    - Elevator breaks down at least once a week in the summer
    - Thin walls so can hear neighbors
