Management is useless

Pros:
Overall spacious apartments high ceiling
Cons:
No Laundry, no elevator, hall is filthy, your neighbor's alarm will wake you up. You can hear EVERYTHING.

Pros:
Loved its location, it was renovated which was nice.
Cons:
It got INCREDIBLY hot during the summer, especially in the living room where there are no windows and no way to ventilate. Management company was awful at responding—our basement flooded 4-5 times throughout the year and stuff was ruined, and barely were able to get a response from them.
Advice to owner:
Respond in a timely manner, set up an emergency line you can actually be reached at
