We were on the top floor, and our ceiling was constantly leaking in multiple different rooms to the point where a pretty big hole in the ceiling formed above my bed. Property owner was slow to respond (although I think the building switched management companies at some point during the year I lived there). The walls between bedrooms are paper thin too.

Cons:
feels like they are stuffing people in to raise prices - poor layouts, lacking living room

decrease rental price and advertise the units with less bedrooms - promotes a healthier living space
