    Nice apartment on the park
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great location on the park. Some neighbors were very friendly.
    Cons:
    Low quality fixtures and crappy gut renovation. High rent for the area. Previously rent stabilized building destabilized through gut renovation.
