    Artsy building.
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Easy going building, friendly.
    Cons:
    Cameras and landlord coming out when they see us on the camera.
    Advice to owner:
    Cameras okay for safety and protection of residents and building! Less comfortable when comments are made on our daily comings and goings.
