Great location, okay apartment

Pros:
Large railroad apartment, awesome location, eat in kitchen, big bedroom, could go out onto the roof
Cons:
A lot of bugs, no amenities
Advice to owner:
Get a monthly exterminator in there!

- Stand alone kitchen
- Large layout/dining nook
- Prime Bushwick location
- Close to laundromats
Cons:
- Railroad style (not ideal for 2 people)
- Occasional cockroach
- No central air, dishwasher or washer/dryer units
- No windows in middle room
