    Great landlord, love the location

    Pros:
    Near a ton of fun Bushwick things, amazing landlord who lives downstairs, very pet friendly, great front porch to hang out on.
    Cons:
    One bedroom is a little noisy being right on Bushwick Ave.
    Advice to owner:
    None at this time.
