It’s Half Assed

Pros:
The people in the building are amazing, love my neighbors, the prices of the apartments aren’t at all bad compared to the prices around us. Location is amazing.
Cons:
Older building, landlord controls the heat, cold in the winters, needs renovating inside and outside the building.
Advice to owner:
Put a little effort into the care of the building, one super can’t do EVERYTHING. He’s not an octopus.
