    Pretty awful landlord

    Pros:
    Great location in Bushwick
    Cons:
    The building is a mess and infested with bugs. Landlord is unresponsive and when you finally get through to her she’s either evasive or flat out lies

    After a decade of living in New York, I can look back and say this was by far my worst apartment experience. Do not move to 872 Hart St!
    Advice to owner:
    Take responsibility for your property. Find another career. Go to therapy!

    Pros:
    Decently priced for Bushwick, backyard access was great
    Cons:
    Confrontational and rude building owner, really just enjoyed playing psychological games with tenants. Ceiling caved in due to water from above, owner was unresponsive for several days.
    Advice to owner:
    Your tenants deserve better
