The best landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is well cared for and the Landlord is extremely responsive. They clearly care a lot about their property and any time something isn’t working properly, they send someone right away. They go above and beyond and I’m so grateful for them.
Cons:
There is nothing I don’t like about my apartment. The only “con” is that the body shop next
door can play music too loudly in the middle of a work day but that has nothing to do with my landlord or my apartment.

Advice to owner:
Thank you so much for continuing to make my tenant experience a good one. I wish other landlords could take notes from you.
