    can't really recommend but it's served us ok

    Pros:
    Pretty spacious for the price; good location right near the L train
    Cons:
    Railroad layout means there's not much light in the middle rooms; old and dirty building; super load radiator that often leaks; always rats out front; multiple packages have been stolen
    Advice to owner:
    Figure out a better solution for the trash and keep the hallways and staircases cleaner
