    Fine for what it was

    Pros:
    Never saw a bud or rodent. Relatively quiet
    Cons:
    Management was frustrating and unresponsive at times

    Pros:
    There’s at least laundry in the building even though the basement is a little scary. If anything is broken, the property manager is responsive. Landlord is fair, no problems.
    Cons:
    I lived there one year and saw one cockroach
    Advice to owner:
    Clean up the laundry room a little. The lock is hard to figure out lol
