    Nice, but needs some TLC

    Pros:
    We used to live in this building and moved out during 2022. The neighbors were nice and the 4th floor views were great. Good sized apartment
    Cons:
    Dealt with cockroaches, owner raised our rent by too much
    Advice to owner:
    Keep the rents lower

    Nicely sized apartments
    Responsive and present super (not live in)
    Many tenants who have lived there for many years
    Cons:
    Not updated very often
    There was a rodent and cockroach problem throughout the whole building especially with many people moving in and out in recent years
    Landlords let leases lapse to go month to month
