    very spacious and close to everything
    Cons:
    a little old. building could be better kept
    Advice to owner:
    clean the shared spaces please!

    not very noisy, close to all that knickerbocker ave has to offer. Super is LOVELY.
    Cons:
    A bit dirty. Could use a good clean up.
