    Pros:
    Clean kitchen and bathroom, good lighting in one side of the building, communicative landlord.
    Cons:
    Can be noisy: trucks, ambulances (this apt is near a hospital ER), angry drivers honk at double parked cars for hours. Owner likes to host family parties.
