    Modern everything with washer dryer in-unit

    Pros:
    Modern 2 bedroom, close to Williamsburg and Bedstuy. Mini splits with heating and cooling for each room - kept my light bill moderately low. Light fixtures in the rooms are minimal and cute. Appliances were all new. A lot of things were smart-enabled. Has washer/dryer in unit!! Landlord lives on the first floor. Big peace of mind! I lived in an amenity building prior, that didn't even have a live in super, and that was a problem when I had an emergency. I appreciate that they tried to keep an eye out for all packages delivered.
    Cons:
    Area outside can get a little loud during summer. Though I know half of Brooklyn can get like that sometimes. There is a supermarket around the corner, but it is on the pricer side. It's worth walking to one further down broadway.
    Advice to owner:
    Enjoyed my time while here :)
