    RUN, RUN, RUN!!!

    Pros:
    It has a great location, close to the M, J and L… The owner’s husband is a very kind guy…
    Cons:
    The Lanlord never took care of the roaches, mould, and structural problems… Is an old house poorly cared… On top of everything, she will find any reason, or not reason at all to try to charge you additional money… Just to give you an example, one time I tried to talk to her about one completely unfair charge, and she ended up biting me and hitting me… I even called the police three times and they never came… She is an elderly lady who at first glance may seem caring and good, but eventually she will always show her real self… Karma paid her as well, since a couple of brothers live there, and don’t paid her sometimes, they are dirty and unpleasant, and don’t seem to leave soon, and if you move there, they will bather you too!!! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE, RENT A ROOM HERE!!!
