    good apt for price but needs work

    Pros:
    great sunlight - very spacious- private outdoor space
    Cons:
    Buzzer doesn't work and they havent fixed it for 3 years - you need to be home to recieve packaged or else they get stolen. terrible communication between maintenance and management. wood floors aren't sealed. Foundation is terrible. Our floors split from walls and we had mice (it's been sealed since)

    rats, water leaks, slow response to major non-cosmetic issues

    Need major reforms and changes to apartment. Hope it’s okay now
