    5 minute walk to J train, in building laundry, quiet neighbors, decent room size
    Cons:
    Poor management, leaking walls when it rained

    Beautiful furnished rooftop
    Pretty good soundproofing
    Amazing natural light
    Never seen any bugs
    Super is very nice and available
    All the amenities
    Cons:
    Bedrooms are small
    No outlets in the bathroom
    Tiny fridge
    No ventilation in kitchen
    AC units are ridiculously loud
