    Right next to a metro no noise from train
    Cons:
    Neighbors in the building next door are NOISY not really a building prob though

    Decent apartment in bushwick

    Pros:
    Never had any issues with bugs. Pretty good value for the apartment.
    Cons:
    Very loud street noise. You cannot put anything up on the roof.
