    Big enough but probably not safe

    Pros:
    Apartment itself is big
    Kind of new appliances
    Located right by coffee shop and laundromat.
    Good access to J/Z train
    Landlord is responsive
    Cons:
    Shower panel missing and landlord won’t replace.
    Clear signs of mold
    Humidity level is very high in summer
    Closets are filled with random trash and clearly haven’t been cleaned in a long time.
    Advice to owner:
    Provide dehumidifiers and maybe repaint in areas.
